Karen Guest

Karen is an accomplished strategy and business change consultant with a robust track record of leading multi-disciplinary programme teams in transformational change projects across both the public and private sectors. With a deep understanding of implementation, she excels in identifying and engaging key stakeholders to ensure changes are clearly articulated, assessed, communicated, adopted and embedded.

Karen's extensive experience includes collaborating with senior leaders to set strategy, organisational design and programme manage change initiatives within secure and sensitive environments. Her consultative, outcome-driven approach involves working closely with both business and technical experts to establish clear direction, ensuring that deliverables align with realistic objectives and business benefits can be realised.

Karen understands the complexities of delivering within sensitive environments. Her most recent accomplishments include migrating secret data services to cloud technology for the Bank of England. She was the Delivery Manager to outsource key HR data and processes for both the Met Police and Home Office. Her other achievements include working extensively with Home Office development teams to adopt product-centric ways of working. She created a bespoke maturity assessment model enabling teams to continuously assess, measure and improve their performance.

Most recently, she has programme managed multiple workstreams to support the growth strategy for a security and training organisation. This involved upskilling an inexperienced team in a robust end-to-end gated sales process.

Her private sector work has primarily been with boutique property investment companies, developing software to manage the property purchase and sales process.
