JP has a proven track record of stakeholder management and engagement in challenging environments, working with multiple agencies and industries alongside successfully delivering complex aviation solutions to government clients through a trusted aviation network worldwide. He is also a highly self-motivated entrepreneur and a critical thinker, with strong commercial acumen and business development skills. He has been particularly successful in delivering creative solutions to unconventional projects in the Middle East and Africa, where he has also acted as a brand ambassador at the highest levels, including with Government Ministers.

Following an initial career as a UK military helicopter pilot, he has over 25 years of experience delivering large programmes in complex environments, specifically Defence, Nuclear and Aerospace. Whilst at the UK Nuclear Decommissioning Authority (NDA), he led a programme to increase the efficiency of the Civil Nuclear Constabulary (CNC) by leveraging alternative assets, such as drones and advanced sensor systems.

More recently, JP supported the UK Police NPCC Drones BVLOS Pathway Programme from 2022-2025.
